“A man trying to rob another man at gunpoint had the tables turned on him when the victim pulled out his own gun…. The victim told deputies [the robber, identified as Ben-Belarrio Ulysse] initially got on the ground, but jumped up and ran, leaving the gun, a .38-caliber revolver, behind. Another man in the area, who said Ulysse also held a gun to his neck and stole about $900, said he recognized Ulysse because Ulysse frequently walks around the area. Ulysse was arrested Saturday and booked into Palm Beach County Jail where he is being held in lieu of $30,000 bail. He faces robbery and three aggravated assault charges.”
