The epithet of “racist” is used as a powerful political weapon by the Democrats and their allies to smear conservatives. I have yet to see any evidence of their claims of racism by Donald Trump, or by any other conservatives that they target. Nobody I have challenged to provide evidence of their supposed racism has ever produced any. Meanwhile, I have seen evidence of racism by Joe Biden and by other Democrats and their supporters, evidence that is hypocritically ignored, all in the name of partisan politics.

Nothing to see here, it’s just Colorism
You would really have a hard time making this stuff up, never mind getting someone to believe it. But it’s true.
The University of Florida’s Anthropology department recently sponsored a town hall they specifically told white students not to attend. It was just for so-called “BIPOC” students, meaning students who are black, indigenous, or “people of color”. Here is part of the text from an email sent to all students who were enrolled in an anthropology course:

Controversy characterized last week’s NCAA track championships. A large contingent of athletes, administrators and fans were outraged by rules imposed on the participating teams by the NCAA’s College Track Championship committee. Athletes from half of the participating conferences were given sizable and insurmountable head starts in each and every event, guaranteeing top finishes and coveted championship hardware for the favored conferences.
Preposterous, isn’t it? Fake news, for sure. No one would stand for it. Yet a similar scenario unfolds each and every Division 1 (“FBS”) college football season with the so-called “College Football Playoff.”
Truly preposterous is the fact that it all happens with the blessing of the NCAA, which is ostensibly “committed to providing a fair, inclusive and fulfilling environment for student-athletes and fans.”
Here’s how the scheme works:

Are cops perfect? Of course not. And no one should expect them to be. But every single day, under the most difficult conditions, the police protect us from the bad guys. In other words, they do their job and they do it well. Former Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke makes it very clear: cops are not the problem.
The excellent PragerU video linked below describes exactly how I feel about law enforcement, and about the villains that vilify the men and women that put their lives on the line for us day in and day out.
The three-fifths compromise was right
Recently I’ve been reading The Return of George Washington, a history of George Washington’s life between the end of the Revolutionary War and his election as the first President of the United States. I’ll likely write a book review later, when I’m done reading it. Right now, I feel the need to comment on a particular issue that was briefly discussed in the book.
Scientific reasons to question man-made warming
Excerpted from an article by David Rothbard and Craig Rucker
Many people are actively worried about global warming. And it frustrates them that skeptics and “deniers” refuse to acknowledge the “science” of such an urgent, manmade problem.
But there may be valid reasons to dispute the theory that man is responsible for climate change. And to demonstrate why the issue isn’t so clearcut, here’s a basic climate question to ponder:
As the level of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere increases, does its ability to absorb heat increase, decrease or remain the same?

Talk of mini ice age is changing global warming debate again
Excerpted from an article By Justin Haskins
Many Americans believe the debate over whether man is primarily responsible for Earth’s recent warming was started by Al Gore in the 1990s, when the issue prominently made its way onto the national stage, but scientists have been debating humans’ role in our changing climate for many decades.
For instance, in 1969, the New York Times reported, “Col. Bernt Balchen, polar explorer and flier [now serving with General Dynamics], is circulating a paper among polar specialists proposing that the Arctic pack ice is thinning and that the ocean at the North Pole may become an open sea within a decade or two. … A number of specialists believe that an ice-free Arctic Ocean would not freeze again.”
In the 1970s, some scientists speculated Earth was about to go through an extensive global cooling period, with some even suggesting the cooling could be catastrophic.
These dire predictions, and many more just like them, never occurred, of course, but they all have one thing in common: Environmentalists have consistently used scientific projections to justify radical, often socialistic policy changes, including carbon taxes and exchanges, incentives to limit population growth and other extreme measures that take power away from individuals and give it to an ever-growing centralized government.
I believe we could be about to experience another remarkable shift in the climate change debate, although radical environmentalists’ plan to seize your rights will likely remain the same….

A homogeneous brain-washed bunch of group thinkers
I’d never heard of her before, and you probably haven’t either, but Sandra Bernhard (an actress, I hear) wants to be the one that does the thinking for the women who voted for Trump.
After all, says Bernhard, these Trump-voting women are not “able to think for themselves”, because they are “under the thumb of [their] husband[s].”
Thank goodness these women now have Bernhard to tell them who to vote for and what to believe.
If only Bernhard could think for her self.

Gregg Popovich, we have a lot to protect too
Gregg Popovich, head coach of the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs, lives in a beautiful home in an affluent neighborhood in San Antonio. He can afford to, with an annual salary in excess of $6 million dollars.
Without a doubt, Popovich’s home has an expensive, advanced, modern security system. He can afford it. And when he’s at work, Popovich has armed security guards watching his back. Possibly he has his own armed bodyguard, like many of the NBA players he and his colleagues coach.
They can afford to. And Popovich and the other NBA coaches and celebrities have a lot to protect.

19 shots too many
“All he had was a cellphone,” said 10-year-old Terrell Wilson to the Sacramento City Council. “20 shots over a cellphone.”
If only it were that simple, then the outrage over the killing of Stephon Clark could be justified.
But, as usual when Black Lives Matter, it simply isn’t that simple.
